How do I receive a bill?

In order to reduce our carbon footprint, we don't send receipts with the tickets. If you need a receipt, send us an email with your order number to endkundenrechnungen@ticketmaster.de. Please tell us whether you want the receipt by email or by mail. Preparing and sending it can take up to 14 days.
