You announced an onsale, but why are the tickets not yet available?

We receive the information about when a presale starts for a certain event from the promoter. The presale can only start when they have released the event and the seat numbers. In rare cases there can be short term changes. Therefore it can happen, that even though there was a set date for an event's presale, we might not be able to sell the tickets yet.
