How do I buy tickets through Resale?
This symbol 
means that a ticket has been offered for sale by another fan via the official Ticketmaster Resale and is available for you to buy.
The buying process is exactly the same as buying a new ticket on ticketmaster.de. In contrast to other secondary market platforms, you can be sure that the ticket offered is genuine and that you will get exactly the seats you have selected.
When an event is activated for the Ticketmaster Resale, the ticket availability can change - so if the specific type of tickets or the desired number of tickets is not available, just check back later.
How do I know if an offered ticket is a Resale ticket?
Resale tickets are always clearly marked and named as Resale tickets. This symbol means that a ticket has been listed for sale by another fan through the official Ticketmaster Resale and is available for you to purchase. Tickets that are not offered by other fans second hand but directly by Ticketmaster have a blue symbol 
or a yellow one 
if they are VIP tickets.
You can find these symbols in the seat map in the seat selection or via the "Find seats for me" section in the ticket options.
My plans have changed. Can I get a refund/exchange for my Resale ticket?
You purchased Resale tickets from a private seller and not directly from Ticketmaster, so unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for them unless the event is canceled or rescheduled. For the same reason, we are unable to exchange Resale tickets for any other tickets.
Is Ticketmaster Resale safe?
Yes! In Ticketmaster Resale we verify the authenticity of the tickets.
How can I pay for Resale tickets?
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard.
How will I know when new Resale tickets go on sale?
When Resale is enabled for an event, fans can put their tickets on sale at any time up until shortly before the event. So if you're desperate to get tickets for an event, keep checking back. Please note that if you have signed up for a waiting list, we will not inform you about new Resale tickets, but only about new contingents or additional dates that we (Ticketmaster) put on sale ourselves.
Why are the same tickets displayed at a different price?
Tickets that are listed via Ticketmaster Resale are resold by different fans. Each fan sets their own price, which means you may see the same type of ticket at different prices.
Why can I only buy a certain number of tickets?
Resale tickets are put up for sale by fans, which means that different quantities can be resold by different sellers. If the quantity you are looking for is not available in the offer you selected, simply select another offer.
When will I receive my Resale tickets?
Once you have purchased tickets, you will see the order in your Ticketmaster account. Tickets may not be available until shortly before the event date.
Can I transfer a ticket I bought through Resale via ticket transfer?
Yes, a Resale ticket can be transferred via ticket transfer (provided that ticket transfer is enabled for the event in question).
