A New Way To Sign In
We are introducing a new way to sign in. You can now use a single password to sign into your accounts on other Ticketmaster sites.
- If you already have more than one Ticketmaster account in different countries, we’ll link your accounts. Then next time you sign in, we’ll ask you to set a single password for those linked accounts.
- If you have just one account, but access a new Ticketmaster site in a different country, we’ll automatically link your accounts using your existing password and your existing profile information.
You can continue to manage your marketing and other preferences for each account separately, but your profile information will be linked to a global identity.
Your billing information and delivery address for each order separately is also managed separately, but this information won’t be linked to your global identity.
Where is this available?
You can use the new sign-in on Ticketmaster sites in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Mexico, New Zealand and Australia. We will extend this capability to other markets in 2023: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates.

Why is Ticketmaster making these changes?
We are introducing a new way to sign in and manage accounts, to make it easier to use our products across different Countries. This is not just for fans that travel widely to see their favorite band.
We continually work to strengthen security of accounts and ensure that tickets get into the hands of you, the real fans. You will now be setting a single password across your accounts (rather than using old passwords which may have been compromised) and use a single phone to verify identity (before we allow changes to your account or tickets).
Which markets will this be available in?
Initially this new way to sign in will be available in United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, United Kingdom and Ireland.
We will extend this capability to other markets in 2023: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates.
Will my account data be used differently?
We are introducing a new way to sign in. You can now use a single password and account to access multiple Ticketmaster sites.
If you already have more than one account in different Ticketmaster markets, we will link your accounts and create a global profile by merging your existing data. Your profile includes: Email, First name, Last name, Title, Country, Postcode, Phone, and Language if applicable.
If you have just the one account, but access a new Ticketmaster site, we will automatically create an account for you in the new market. Your existing profile data will be shared with that market. You will have the opportunity to opt-in to marketing or choose not to be contacted by Ticketmaster.
How will my data be shared?
When you sign-in for the first time to a new site, we will securely transfer the profile information you have already provided, in order to deliver our services in that market.
We will only use your data for marketing purposes where you consent upon sign-in to any new site. Profile information is limited to first name, last name, email, telephone number, country and postal code, and account IDs.
Can I use a single password for all my accounts?
We are introducing a new way to sign in. You can now use a single password to login to your accounts on other Ticketmaster sites. You can also use that same password to access other Ticketmaster sites in future.
Single sign on is currently supported in United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, United Kingdom and Ireland. We will extend this capability to other markets in 2023: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates.
As a security measure we prevent the reuse of passwords, therefore when you set a new password to access your accounts it will need to be something you have not used previously.
Do I need to add my phone to my account?
All fans that register on Ticketmaster are asked to provide a phone number to verify identity. In addition, existing fans will be prompted to add a phone the next time they login.
You will be prompted to enter a valid landline or mobile number, and then receive a One Time Password via SMS. Once you enter the code to confirm you are the owner, your phone will be linked to your account and can be used for account recovery, or to verify your identity when you need to make changes to the account.
What if I have other accounts with different emails?
Our new way to sign in will only be possible where you use the same email address for your accounts in different markets.
If you have more than one account but using different email addresses we will not link those accounts and cannot support single sign on.
What if I do not want to link a new market account?
Where you do not want an existing account to be used for access to another Ticketmaster market, you can opt not to continue.
If you still want to use our websites and apps you can register an account with a different email address that you own.
You can further request that any secondary accounts you do not intend to use are deleted by Ticketmaster. Please follow the instructions in the respective privacy policy on the sites to exercise this right.
