It's your responsibility to check for any event changes, especially on the day of the show. For the latest updates, visit the Event Promoter’s or artist’s official channels, or check trusted media outlets.

The options to transfer or sell your tickets may also be available for your event. When they’re offered, you’ll see a Transfer Tickets or Sell Tickets button on your order.

Refunds are not processed automatically. You must manually request a refund by following the steps below.
Download and complete the Ticket Refund Form from the Ticketmaster website.
Send the completed form along with your original tickets to:

- Scan the completed form and email it to: info@ticketmaster.at
Once you’ve sent in the form, we’ll review it and process the refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If that method is no longer valid, please indicate this on the refund form.
If you’ve purchased your tickets at a presale outlet, contact the outlet directly. Ticketmaster can’t process refunds for tickets purchased through third-party sales points.
