- Turn off any popup blockers
- Refresh your browser in case the request timed out
- Clear you cache
- Force close the Ticketmaster App
Please contact Fan Support. if you can no longer access your account. To update your email address, you'll be required to complete a security check.

Check to see if you accidentally provided an incorrect email address when creating your account. Sign in to our site with the email address used to create the account and update it under the Profile Details section of your account. This change can’t be made on our app.

If the issues listed don't describe your circumstance and you still can't access your account, you'll need to create a new account using a valid email address that is not already associated with a Ticketmaster Account.
