There are a few reasons you might not be receiving emails from Ticketmaster. Here's what to check:
- Check your spam or junk folder: Ticketmaster emails occasionally get filtered. Search for emails from Ticketmaster in your spam folder and mark them as not spam.
- Make sure the right email is on your account: Sign in to your Ticketmaster Account and check that the email address in your Profile Details is correct and one you have access to. If you need to update your email, you can update your email address in your Ticketmaster profile.

Update your email or re-enable forwarding: If you've disabled email forwarding for Hide My Email in your Apple account, we can no longer send emails to the address on file — which means you won't receive ticket updates, order confirmations, or important communications like password recovery emails. You have two options to fix this:
- Reactivate forwarding in your Apple account so emails to your Hide My Email address reach you again. See Apple's help page for instructions.
- Update the email address on your Ticketmaster Account to your Apple email.
