To change your email address, sign in to our desktop site or Mobile App with the email address used and update it under the Profile Details section of your account.
If you’re seeing the message Unable To Update Email, you’ve recently changed your email address within your Ticketmaster Account. For security reasons, you may have to wait to update your email address again.
If you signed in with Apple or Google, your Ticketmaster Account is linked to those accounts. If you can’t access or receive notifications from the email address linked, you can update your email address in your My Profile and use your phone number to complete the multi-factor authentication process.
