Ticketmaster, on behalf of our clients, is committed to supporting fans who require accessible seating and ensuring the booking process is as clear and helpful as possible. Many venues provide dedicated accessible seating areas designed to meet a range of mobility needs.
Accessible tickets are reserved for fans who require wheelchair-accessible seating and for their companions. Please note that these tickets must be used appropriately, and misuse may result in cancellation of the order or denial of entry. If you purchased tickets in error, please contact Fan Support.
You can request accessible tickets:
- Buy tickets directly from the venue. Many venues only sell accessible tickets through their box office. Search for your event on Ticketmaster.at and select More Info on the website or tap the ℹ icon in the Ticketmaster App to find booking details. You can also visit the venue's website or contact the venue directly.
- Buy tickets through Ticketmaster. Accessible and wheelchair tickets can be purchased using our special contact form or by calling 0043 (0) 1 - 25 30 555. Both are dedicated to helping fans who require accessible seating.
Venues establish their own accessible ticket policies. Availability, ticket types and sales channels vary by venue.
Where wheelchair-accessible seating is available, you'll see the following icon on the seat map:
-

Proof of eligibility may be requested when you arrive at the venue.
A companion ticket is often included with the purchase of an accessible ticket.
To find out what applies to your event, search for the event on Ticketmaster.at and review the event information.
Some venues provide additional accessibility services or accommodations.
Because Ticketmaster works with thousands of venues, the best source of information is usually the venue's official website. If your venue isn't listed below, visit its official website or search for it online.
